Key Responsibilities:
- Material Handling:Receiving, storing, and issuing raw materials, production supplies, and finished goods.
- Inventory Management:Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, ensuring proper storage, and managing stock levels.
- Record Keeping:Maintaining detailed records of all transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns, ensuring accurate accounting and documentation.
- Coordination:Working closely with procurement, production, and other departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Compliance:Adhering to safety regulations, company procedures, and quality standards for storage and handling of materials.
- Reporting:Preparing and submitting reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant information.
- Material Management:Managing the flow of materials from suppliers to production, ensuring timely delivery and proper storage.
- Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in material handling, storage, and inventory management practices.
- Physical Verification: Conducting periodic physical checks of inventory to ensure accuracy and reconcile with records.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, such as ISO and OHSAS procedures for storage and preservation of materials.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Looking for 3+ Years of Experience
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work with various types of materials and equipment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems (e.g., SAP, Google Sheets, Excel).
