Job Summary:
The Room Service Attendant is responsible for delivering food and beverage orders to guest rooms in a timely, professional, and courteous manner, ensuring guest satisfaction and adhering to hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms promptly and accurately.
- Set up trays or trolleys with appropriate cutlery, napkins, and condiments.
- Handle guest requests professionally and ensure a high standard of service.
- Collect trays or trolleys from guest rooms after service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service areas and equipment.
- Assist with restocking room service items and supplies as needed.
- Ensure proper billing and obtain guest signatures as per hotel procedures.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front desk for smooth operations.
- Report any guest complaints or issues to the supervisor immediately.
