Job Title: Staff Nurse

About the Role
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to provide high-quality patient care in our hospital. The role involves supporting doctors, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining nursing standards as per hospital protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medication, monitoring vitals, and assisting with daily activities.
- Assist doctors during examinations, treatments, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and documentation.
- Follow infection control practices, safety protocols, and hospital policies.
- Educate patients and families about care plans, treatment, and post-discharge instructions.
- Ensure availability of necessary medical supplies and equipment in the ward.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide first aid/critical care as required.
- Coordinate with other healthcare staff to deliver holistic patient care.
Qualifications & Skills
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing with valid registration from State Nursing Council.
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply (experience preferred in hospital setup).
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills.
- Good communication, empathy, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
