Staff Nurse – Job Description1. Patient Care:
- Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions.

- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Observe and report side effects or adverse reactions.
- Maintain accurate medication records.
3. Safety & Infection Control:
- Follow hygiene and infection control protocols.
- Ensure proper handling of medical equipment.
- Report safety incidents and follow hospital policies.
4. Patient Education & Support:
- Educate patients and families on care plans.
- Provide emotional and psychological support.
- Assist in discharge planning and home care guidance.
5. Collaboration & Documentation:
- Work with doctors and healthcare teams.
- Maintain patient records and reports.
- Participate in training and professional development.
