Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced
and dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead and manage
cross-functional teams comprising operational resources and IT staff. The ideal
candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and project management
skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact initiatives that
drive efficiency, performance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project
Leadership & Team Management:
- Manage
multiple concurrent projects while fostering a collaborative and
performance-driven work environment.
- Lead,
motivate, and support cross-functional teams to meet project goals and
deliverables.
- Conduct
regular check-ins and team meetings to understand and address employee
concerns.
- Client
Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Develop
and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of
contact.
- Ensure
consistent delivery of high-quality service, meeting or exceeding client
expectations.
- Prepare
and deliver engaging presentations and performance reports for
stakeholders and clients.
- Operational
Excellence:
- Collaborate
with functional teams to analyze existing processes, identify areas of
improvement, and implement effective solutions to enhance operational
efficiency and customer experience.
- Regularly
inspect work areas and processes to identify and address opportunities
for improvement.
- People
Development & Training:
- Drive
staff development programs, workshops, and training sessions to upskill
team members.
- Work
closely with L&D to review and monitor individual training plans and
update progress to the POD Head.
- Financial
& Contract Management:
- Create
and manage Statements of Work (SoWs) in line with project and client
requirements.
- Review
and validate invoices before submission to ensure accuracy and
compliance.
- Customer
Issue Resolution:
- Proactively
listen to and address customer complaints and feedback.
- Resolve
issues promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Process
& SOP Development:
- Build
and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support ongoing
process improvements and scalability.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s
degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related
field. MBA is a plus.
- 14–16
years of experience in project management, with a strong background
in IT environments.
- Proven
experience in leading large, cross-functional teams and managing complex
projects.
- Strong
leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent
communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated
ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Hands-on
experience in building SOPs and managing service operations and IT
projects.
- Strong
background in client-facing roles with a track record of building and
maintaining client relationships.
- Experience
working in a dynamic, high-pressure environment—preferably in IT services
Preferred Skills:
- Experience
working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Familiarity
with Agile or other project management methodologies.
- Proficiency
with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
Project Management Expertise:
- Deep
understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall,
Hybrid).
- Experience
in project planning, risk management, resource allocation, budget control,
and stakeholder communication.
- Hands-on
experience in developing SoWs, reviewing invoices, and ensuring contract
compliance.
Leadership & People
Management:
- Strong
leadership skills with experience leading mid-to-large-sized teams.
- Proven
ability to mentor, coach, and develop team members through structured
development programs.
- Experience
handling performance management, conflict resolution, and team engagement
strategies.
Technical & Analytical
Skills:
- Proficiency
with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana,
Smartsheet).
- Comfortable
using data and KPIs to present insights and recommendations.
- Strong
process improvement mindset with the ability to build and refine SOPs.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent
communication and presentation skills—both verbal and written.
- Highly
organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities.
- Strong
interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence for effective team and
client interactions.
- Conflict
resolution and problem-solving capabilities.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness
to travel if needed (domestic/international depending on client and
project needs).

to work in different time zones, especially when dealing with global teams
