General Summary:
This Associate Marketing Project Administrator is responsible for supporting the successful program management of client marketing programs, through a daily process of reviewing, assessing, communicating, and updating project plans. This position will interface with the onshore Marketing Program Management team in daily debriefing and with client marketing teams, and partners/vendors through Workfront updates.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support client marketing programs to reach agreed upon goals.
- Work within Adobe Workfront Project Management Tool: reviewing dashboards, running reports, updating tasks, and communicating through Workfront.
- Daily preparation of Workfront Project Plans for onshore Blueprint calls, including task clean up and task selection.
- Daily Review, assess, communicate and update Workfront based on Client/Agency Team Member updates which are entered by 9pm EST. This role will be responsible for processing: No Updates, Delayed Pending Receipt, Date Slip and PTO Requests, per defined process.
- Escalate any issues identified in Workfront and in daily debriefing with the onshore PMO team.
- Build relationships through Workfront communication, client, internal and agencies.
- Support ad hoc requests: Run reports supplying prompts, flag any anomalies in Workfront and address in daily debrief. Make bulk changes to Workfront based on the onshore PMO team’s direction. Buddy Check / QA review of the onshore team’s Workfront project plan build out, including flag any issues in Workfront and addressing in daily debrief. Over time this role will be responsible for importing project plans into Workfront.
- Once the basics are mastered, this role will evaluate the impact of project delays and determine the impact to campaign delivery, whether no downstream, downstream impact to creative but not deployment, or downstream impact to deployment. Mitigation plans will be evaluated and communicated through Workfront and during daily debriefing.
- Role will become an expert on the phases of the campaign from creative to execution.
- Administrator will become well versed in Workfront
Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:
- Understanding of project management fundamentals with a desire to grow in project/program management field.
- Extremely detail oriented.
- Follows a predetermined process.
- Self-starter. Works well independently.
- Team player.
- Ability to communicate with individuals internally, both written and verbally, and with clients in an articulate, professional written manner.
- Experience with or understanding of marketing projects
Education, Experience, and Certification:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required. *
- 2 to 5 years’ work experience. *
- 1 year experience in project management or marketing operations
