We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and patient Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team and work with children in the early years of life. If you are passionate about supporting young minds in developing their communication and language skills with empathy and creativity, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify each child’s speech, language, and communication needs
- Plan and implement age-appropriate therapy sessions to improve speech clarity, language comprehension, expressive language, and social communication skills
- Support the development of pre-linguistic skills, feeding, and oral-motor abilities where relevant
- Work closely with special educators, physiotherapists, and families as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain therapy notes and contribute to individualised intervention plans
- Guide parents on home-based strategies and activities to encourage consistent progress outside the centre
- Foster a safe, engaging, and motivating therapy environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Speech and Hearing, with experience in paediatric speech therapy
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognised institution (preferred)
- Strong communication, observation, and teamwork skills
- Creativity, patience, and a child-centered mindset

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
