Job Description:
We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Travel Sales Executive to join our growing travel operations team. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling international travel customers, especially from Spanish-speaking countries, and be able to sell customized travel packages confidently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from Spanish-speaking clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable travel solutions (flights, hotels, tours, etc.).
- Create and sell customized international travel packages.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Provide post-sales support and handle changes, queries, or cancellations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 6-1 years of experience in Travel Sales or International Customer Support.
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken & written) is mandatory.
- Familiarity with GDS systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is preferred.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in shifts (supporting international time zones if needed).
- Self-motivated with a customer-centric attitude.
