GVM Solar is one of West Bengal’s leading solar module manufacturers with capability in Poly, Mono PERC & TopCon panels ranging from 120W to 630W. We have a big order under execution and are expanding our operator team.
Position: Solar Plant Operator / Assistant Technician
Type: Full-Time | Entry-Level | Fresher-Friendly
What We’re Looking For:
- Young, energetic candidates willing to work hard and learn
- ITI training (electrical, mechanical, fitter, or similar) preferred
- Ability to handle basic machines and production tasks
- Strong work ethic and team spirit
- Willingness to work in shifts if required
Responsibilities:
- Assist in solar panel assembly line and operate machines
- Maintain cleanliness and follow safety protocols
- Learn and adapt quickly to plant procedures
- Support in packing, testing, or loading operations
