About the team
New Product Incubation teams in Postman create, envision and launch new and innovative products to solve customer problems. These teams have a deep understanding of customers and iterate fast to validate key hypotheses. This team works on developing Postman’s Partner Workspaces into a product that is loved by millions of developers across the world.
We have launched Partner Workspaces and we're on the hunt for dynamic builders like you. This is an opportunity to be an early member of a team that owns and delivers a product which will be used by millions of Developers and business professionals worldwide.
What you'll be doing

Own and develop Partner Workspaces workflows end-to-end.

Quickly build functional prototypes to solve internal and external use-cases.

Perform code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.

Participate and (or) lead design reviews with your peer group.

Collaborate with a cross-functional team—including Developers, Product Managers, Designers — to develop and enhance products
This is a backend-heavy fullstack role. Experience with web application’s backend technologies is a must.
About You
Must Have:

2+ years of experience developing complex, scalable software applications.

Write and deliver clean, maintainable code of excellent quality.

Proficient in one of the major programming language and a relational database.

Strong fundamentals in data modelling, problem solving and software designing.

You have a product-oriented mindset and empathy for the users.

Experience and excitement towards working with global, distributed teams.
Good to Have:

Proficient with Node.js, typescript and React.js.

Past experience working on API platforms and developer tools.

You enjoy learning and sharing knowledge within and across teams.

An innate curiosity about how things work.
This position requires you to be present in our Bangalore office on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays.
