Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Executive to join our Design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, optimizing posts for search engines, and assisting with basic design requirements. Key Responsibilities:
Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Perform keyword research and optimize content for SEO to increase organic visibility.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights for improvement.
Collaborate with the content and design teams to create graphics, banners, and basic creatives using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing tools.
Assist in running social media campaigns, including paid promotions, under supervision.
Respond to audience queries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
Good knowledge of SEO (on-page, keyword optimization, analytics).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for creative storytelling.
Ability to create basic visuals using design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator preferred).
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, or similar tools.
Exposure to content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot).
Previous internship or project experience in digital marketing.

Compensation:
Commensurate with industry standards and based on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
