Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies tailored to client needs.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their goals, expectations, and brand tone.
- Schedule, publish, and monitor social media posts using relevant tools.
- Track and report performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and competitor strategies.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and digital teams for cohesive campaigns.
- Respond to messages, comments, and queries in a timely and professional manner.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of basic graphic tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or a related role.
