Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an ad agency
- Should be in a travelable distance from thane
- Can join in 10-12 days
- Should have worked on content calendar, influencers collaboration, organic engagement, client coordination & campaign ideas
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow multiple brand social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars with a mix of brand, festive, and trending content.
- Conceptualize and coordinate social media campaigns (organic and paid), ensuring creative storytelling and performance.
- Create and edit Reels, carousels, and story content using trending formats and audio.
- Lead or assist in influencer marketing, including shortlisting, outreach, negotiation, and coordination.
- Monitor trends, memes, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate closely with design, video, and copy teams to ensure cohesive execution.
- Track performance metrics and share monthly reports with actionable insights.
