We're Hiring: Social Media Marketing Manager

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on experience)
Experience Required: 1–5 years

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Run and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, and other paid campaigns
- Monitor analytics and create performance reports
- Manage daily posting, audience engagement, and content strategy
- Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure brand consistency
- Stay updated with social media trends and best practices
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in digital marketing or social media advertising
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Understanding of E-commerce marketing strategies
- Proficiency in social media tools and platforms
- Data-driven mindset with attention to ROI and performance metrics
- Good communication and copywriting skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms
- Basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe tools) is a plus
- SEO/SEM knowledge is an added advantage
