- Planning and monitoring social media: Plan and monitor the company's social media presence
- Launching ads: Launch online advertisements to increase brand awareness
- SEO efforts: Involved in SEO efforts
- Content marketing: Prepare operational newsletters and persuasive email marketing strategies
- Content creation: Create engaging and relevant digital content for distribution across a variety of digital platforms
- Campaign management: Manage digital advertising campaigns
- Website maintenance: Provide management and maintenance to the company's owned media, such as websites, mobile apps, and CRM/email software
