We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the company’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop and design engaging social media content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Social Media Management: Manage and update all social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Campaign Strategy: Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns to achieve specific marketing goals.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster online community growth.
- Trends & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in social media and digital marketing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand strategy.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools, including scheduling and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
