- Develop and execute social media strategies to promote construction projects, company milestones, and CSR activities
- Manage all company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, etc.)
- Create and post engaging, industry-relevant content including site progress, project updates, behind-the-scenes, and employee highlights
- Coordinate with project and site teams to collect images/videos of construction progress
- Design basic creatives and short videos using tools like Canva or CapCut
- Monitor and analyze performance of posts, campaigns, and ad spends; generate monthly performance reports
- Respond to inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain brand consistency and ensure that all content aligns with the company’s voice and values
- Stay up-to-date with construction industry news, trends, and best practices in social media
