Location: Bhubaneswar (Onsite)
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Content Planning & Scheduling: Develop and execute monthly content calendars across all major platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Creative Content Creation: Collaborate with graphic designers and content writers to produce engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and infographics that align with the brand’s tone and objectives.
- Platform Management: Manage daily operations of all social media channels, ensuring timely posting, consistency, and high engagement rates.
- Community Engagement: Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across platforms. Respond promptly to inquiries, foster community interactions, and manage online reputation.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and run social media campaigns to support product launches, hiring initiatives, brand building, or event promotions.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, etc.) and provide weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, hashtags, platform updates, and viral content strategies to ensure relevance and engagement.
- Ad Management (Optional): Assist in planning and monitoring paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager (if required).
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, design, HR, etc.) to align social media activities with broader business goals.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all social media content reflects the brand voice, visual identity, and communication standards.
