Social Media Manager & Content Writer

Requirements:
o Proven experience (3+ years) in social media management and content writing, ideally within a startup, tech, or incubator environment.
o Written and oral communication in English
o Ability to write creative, grammatically correct content by oneself and only use AI/ChatGPT as an aid, instead of as a main source
o Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
o Basic understanding of social media platforms, content creation tools, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Buffer, Canva, etc.).
o Strong creative skills and the ability to adapt writing style for different audiences and platforms.
o Experience in SEO and basic knowledge of web analytics.
o Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
o Passion for startups, innovation, and the entrepreneurial ecosystem
o Knowledge of design basics and an eye for creating visually appealing content is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Social Media Strategy & Execution:
o Develop and execute a robust social media strategy that aligns with the business
o Manage and grow social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.), ensuring timely and consistent posting.
o Create a content calendar, plan social media campaigns, and engage with the online community.
o Monitor and analyze social media trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for engagement and growth.
2.Content Creation & Copywriting:
- Write high-quality, grammatically correct, and engaging content for various channels, including blog posts, website copy, social media posts, newsletters, and email campaigns.
- Work with the team and management to create infographics about upcoming events
- Optimize content for SEO and ensure all content aligns with the business’ messaging and goals.
3.Community Engagement & Relationship Building:
o Foster an active online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and engaging manner.
o Find relevant target groups and expand outreach
4.Analytics & Reporting:
o Track and analyze social media metrics, website traffic, and engagement to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
o Provide regular reports on social media performance and recommend adjustments to strategies as needed.
o Stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
