Social Media Associate/Assistant

Kicks & Crawl is a premium baby and maternity brand based in Mumbai, dedicated to providing parents with safe, sustainable, and innovative products.
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Associate/Assistant to join our team and help elevate our online presence.
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging social media posts using tools like Canva and Photoshop.
- Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns tailored for baby products.
- Manage and grow brand presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Monitor analytics to measure the success of campaigns and prepare reports.
- Research industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into content strategies.
- Optimize posts with relevant keywords for better search engine visibility.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Canva and Photoshop(preferred).
- Prior experience working with baby products or similar industries is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their functionalities.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- A degree in marketing, communication, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
