Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media & Marketing Executive to manage and grow our brand’s presence across all social media platforms, while supporting the development of marketing collaterals both online and offline. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of content creation, design aesthetics, and marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content (static, video, reels, stories, etc.).
- Manage posting schedules, engagement, and community interactions.
- Monitor analytics and performance metrics; prepare monthly reports.
- Coordinate with influencers or content creators when needed.
Marketing Collaterals & Campaigns:
- Conceptualize and design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, presentations, product packaging, signage, etc.
- Create digital collaterals such as newsletters, banners, email campaigns, and web assets.
- Work closely with internal teams and vendors for the production and execution of marketing campaigns (online and offline).
Content Creation:
- Write and edit compelling content for social media, websites, blogs, product descriptions, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to produce visually appealing assets.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in social media management and marketing.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Knowledge of social media tools and analytics (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Skills:
- Basic photography or videography skills.
- Experience with paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).
- Understanding of SEO and web content strategies.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
