Role Overview
We’re hiring skilled and certified Freelance Skin Therapists who are passionate about skincare and delivering high-quality, dermatologist-supervised treatments to clients in the comfort of their homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform at-home skin treatments like laser hair reduction, hydrafacial, chemical peels, etc.
- Ensure treatment protocols and safety standards are followed as per company SOPs.
- Maintain hygiene and handle equipment with care during each session.
- Provide a seamless and comfortable customer experience.
- Educate clients on aftercare and skincare practices.
- Coordinate with the central ops and dermatology teams for client updates.
✅ Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Cosmetology/Skin Aesthetics or related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in skin treatments.
- Prior experience with laser hair reduction machines (Diode preferred).
- Fluent in basic English and local language.
- Good interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Owns a smartphone and is comfortable using tech-enabled platforms.
- Willingness to travel within the city for at-home sessions.
