Job Title: Sizing Operator

Qualification: 10th Pass / ITI (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate sizing machines to process pipes and tubes as per production standards
- Perform gauging and measurement of pipes to ensure correct dimensions and quality
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain required sizing specifications
- Inspect finished pipes for defects and conformity to quality standards
- Record production data and measurement results accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area
- Coordinate with quality control and production teams to achieve daily targets
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of pipe sizing processes and machine operation
- Ability to perform precise gauging and measurement of pipes
- Attention to detail and quality-focused approach
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Awareness of workplace safety standards
