We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisorto join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to architectural designs and plans.
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and the project team.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to the schedule.
- Maintain accurate and detailed site records, including daily reports, material inventories, and safety inspections.
- Address any issues or discrepancies that arise during construction and work to resolve them promptly.
- Ensure proper handling of materials, equipment, and machinery on-site.
- Report project status to senior management and assist with any required documentation.
Requirements:
- Hsc, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role in the architecture or construction industry.
- Having knowledge of construction processes, building materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions on-site.
