Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage on-site activities for our projects in Raipur. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to ensure that work is completed on time and as per quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site operations and ensure work progress as per the project plan
- Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and the project management team
- Monitor the quality of work and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Maintain site records and report daily progress to the management
- Ensure timely availability of materials and resolve on-site issues promptly
- Liaise with clients and other stakeholders when required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor (construction/interior/related field)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage manpower and ensure productivity
- Basic knowledge of site safety regulations
- Preference for candidates based in Raipur
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹16,000 per month (based on experience)
