What is the role of a construction site supervisor?

Key site supervisor responsibilities
Site supervisors ensure the safe and timely completion of construction projects. They oversee everyone working on a construction site, which includes members of the construction team and any subcontractors. In this role, it's your responsibility to make sure each individual has the necessary resources to complete their tasks and to monitor and ensure they perform their duties effectively and in compliance with industrial health and safety regulations.
