Job Title: Sales Staff
Location: Rishikesh, Mayakund
Salary: ₹9,000 – ₹13,000 (Based on knowledge and experience)
Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Staff to join our team at a leading kidswear and baby products store in Rishikesh. The ideal candidate should have a passion for retail sales, good communication skills, and a helpful attitude to assist customers in selecting the right products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and proper display of merchandise
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Handle billing and assist with basic cashier duties when needed
- Replenish stock and manage inventory levels
- Stay updated with product knowledge and current promotions
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues politely and efficiently
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass or equivalent qualification
- Prior retail experience preferred but not mandatory
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Energetic, presentable, and customer-focused
