Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, promoting products, and ensuring excellent in-store customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Explain product features, benefits, and offers to drive sales.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product range and stock availability.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert into sales.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Process billing, exchanges, and returns efficiently.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and feedback for future reference.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
- Experience: Freshers welcome; experience in retail or showroom sales is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Presentable appearance and confident personality.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays, as per showroom hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
