Job Role
Responsible for handling the front office work, attending to customers and coordinating responses to their quires. The individual also generates sales enquires through telemarketing and supports service function through follow-up calls for after-sales service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate recipient
- Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain and organise office supplies and inventory
- Provide administrative support to executives and staff as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum Requirement is 12th Pass. A Bachelors degree is a preferred
- Good Personality, Smart and fluent communication
- Previous experience in an administrative or front office role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
