Responsibilities
· Assist customers in selecting and purchasing laptops based on their individual needs and preferences.
· Provide expert knowledge on the features, specifications, and advantages of various laptop models.
· Maintain an organized and aesthetically pleasing showroom display that highlights our product offerings.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
· Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
· Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to product performance or warranty.
· Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the computer hardware industry to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
· 0 – 1 year experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably in the technology sector.
· Strong knowledge of laptop hardware specifications, brands, and operating systems.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple customer interactions.
· Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
· Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
