Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Shopify Developer with strong skills in building, customizing, and optimizing Shopify stores. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Shopify theme development, Liquid templates, and integrations, with an eye for detail and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize Shopify themes and templates using Liquid.
- Implement new Shopify features and functionalities based on business needs.
- Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
- Integrate third-party apps, APIs, and custom plugins.
- Collaborate with designers and content teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Troubleshoot and fix issues related to Shopify sites.
- Stay updated with the latest Shopify trends and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven Shopify development experience.
- Proficiency in Shopify Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience in customizing Shopify themes and building from scratch.
- Knowledge of Shopify REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Understanding of eCommerce best practices, payment gateways, and shipping configurations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
