Navigate and resolve complex interdependencies across intake logic, policy mapping, task routing, and downstream claim ingestion, while aligning with enterprise security, scalability, and compliance standards.
Knowledge of integrated with Insurance Claims and PAS systems such as Arrow, Dragon and IVOS.
Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow, particularly in App Engine and ITSM modules.
Ability to provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to developers, ensuring best practices in coding and platform configuration.
Responsible for overseeing enhancements and new development while ensuring that existing live ServiceNow applications, especially those supporting active claims, remain stable and unaffected.
Graph API integration for email configurations.
Must be capable of managing integrations and solution rollouts, with a clear understanding of dependencies particularly as the initial implementation was done using IVOS and subsequent deployments are planned through Arrow along with multiple integrations
