Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is non-sales and focuses on coordinating service operations, managing technical staff, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and prompt problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to understand their service needs and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate and assign tasks to engineers and technical support staff
- Follow up on service requests and ensure completion within the defined timelines
- Act as the communication bridge between clients and technical teams
- Maintain proper documentation of service activities, client feedback, and engineer schedules
- Respond to client queries in a solution-oriented and professional manner
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery
- Monitor and report daily, weekly, and monthly service status updates
- Support internal team operations to improve service efficiency and quality
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English, Assamese, and Hindi is mandatory
- Proven ability to handle multiple clients and coordinate with various teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of service workflows and technical coordination
- Prior experience in service support or coordination preferred
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
