Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and warmly.
- Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about ingredients, special dietary needs).
- Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems or order slips.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
- Clear tables, remove dirty dishes, and reset tables in a timely manner.
- Handle payments and give correct change or process card transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
