Summary
Gainwell is seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to develop high-impact marketing material that supports sales enablement and enhances corporate communications. This role requires strong design expertise in Adobe Creative Suite apps and PowerPoint. Material developed by the creative team includes sales and company presentations, digital ads, info sheets, eBooks, white papers, and infographics. The ideal candidate will balance creativity with precision, ensuring that all materials are visually engaging and error-free. While healthcare industry experience is a plus, the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment is essential. Our design work must resonate with Gainwell’s target audiences—Medicaid directors, state legislative leaders, and government decision-makers.
Your role in our mission
1. Sales Enablement Collateral
• Design compelling material including case studies, eBooks, info sheets, PowerPoint presentations, trade show booths, white papers, and infographics that effectively communicate complex solutions.
• Develop graphics that highlight solutions and support field marketing, account based marketing, and sales teams.
• Ensure all materials are aligned with Gainwell’s brand standards while maintaining clarity.
2. Campaign & Digital Content Creation
• Design engaging digital ads and social media visuals that enhance thought leadership and demand generation campaigns.
• Develop visual storytelling elements that simplify complex healthcare and technology topics for government audiences.
3. Internal Communications
• Internal and executive presentations.
• Employee engagement material.
• Email graphics and templates.
Required Qualifications:
• 5-8 years of experience in graphic design for B2B or B2C marketing in-house, ad agency, or design firm.
• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint.
• Experience designing sales collateral, solution graphics, and marketing content for complex business audiences.
• Ability to understand business and technical concepts and translate them into engaging visual content.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience designing for healthcare, public sector, or enterprise technology companies.
• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo) for designing email and ad templates.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles for designing visually engaging digital assets.

⦁ Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) – Proficiency in industry-standard design software.
⦁ PowerPoint – Expertise in designing visually engaging presentations with clear storytelling and impactful visuals.
⦁ Digital & Print Design – Ability to create assets for both print (e.g. collateral, conference booths, posters) and digital (e-books, social media, web banners, email templates, etc.).
⦁ UI/UX Design – Understanding of user experience principles, wireframing, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
⦁ Motion Graphics – Experience with motion design tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
⦁ AI Tools – Knowledge of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and Midjourney is an advantage.
