Ensure pre fabrication activities going as per time Ensure material availability required for pre fabrication job Finalize scope of fabrication work Prepare daily fit up report to start fabrication Punch line no, joint no, spool no for easy access in future at the time of fabrication Check the spool as per drawing & release it for welding After weld release for inspection for erection Coordinate & timely arrange all tools, tackles & equipment's required to erect the piping jobs. Check pipe rack support & than start erection of piping Maintain daily erection record to track to progress Educational Qualification: Essential: Diploma / Degree in Engineering   Experiences:Ø Minimum experience: 3-7 years experience in piping project Various kind of piping job planning, execution & coordination in large scale industrial projects Experience in handing AG & UG piping Experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders (Internal and External) and conducting negotiations with large-scale. high-value vendors.
