- Filing returns: Filing returns and ensuring compliance with ROC, BSE, NSE, and SEBI
- Legal documents: Preparing legal documents and agreements
- Regulatory changes: Keeping up with changes in company-related acts
- ESOP schemes: Coordinating with SEBI and stock exchanges for ESOP schemes
- SEBI circulars: Analyzing SEBI circulars and preparing impact analysis reports
- ROC compliances: Assisting with ROC compliances
- Merchant banking services: Preparing documents for merchant banking services, such as DRHP, draft letter of offer, PA, and DPS
- Accounts: Having a basic understanding of accounts and preparing and filing ROC forms
