- Assist in Board and Committee Meetings
- Draft notices and agendas for board, committee, and general meetings.
- Prepare and maintain minutes of meetings.
- Statutory Records and Registers
- Maintain statutory registers as per the Companies Act.
- Ensure the safekeeping and updating of company records and documentation.
- Regulatory and Legal Compliance
- Prepare and file statutory returns and various forms with regulatory bodies such as ROC, SEBI, BSE, NSE, etc.
- Ensure compliance with company law, SEBI regulations, and other applicable statutes.
- Track regulatory changes and help implement required compliance systems.
- Documentation and Drafting
- Draft and review legal documents, agreements, and company policies.
- Prepare impact analysis of regulatory circulars and changes.
- Company Incorporation and Secretarial Support
- Assist in the incorporation of companies/LLPs.
- Support with obtaining various licenses and regulatory registrations.
- Annual Filings and Reporting
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of annual returns, financial statements, and other statutory documents.
- Maintain and file documents related to AGM/EGM and statutory disclosures.
