Job Summary:
New Pune Public School is looking for a smart, qualified, and confident female candidate for the position of School Receptionist. The ideal applicant should have an M.Sc. in Information Technology, excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi, and a pleasant personality to manage the school’s front desk efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend to parents, visitors, and students with professionalism and care
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
- Maintain front desk records, visitor logs, and appointment schedules
- Assist school staff with administrative support and documentation
- Manage digital communication tools and school ERP systems
- Coordinate with departments for smooth school operations
- Provide support during school events, meetings, and open houses
Qualifications & Requirements:
- M.Sc. in Information Technology (M.Sc. IT) is mandatory
- Prior experience in a front office or receptionist role (preferably in schools) is desirable
- Excellent command over English, Hindi, and Marathi – both spoken and written
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with basic digital tools and school software
- Good organizational skills and a polite, welcoming demeanor
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
