- Develop a thorough understanding of MyPeegu’s processes, services, and protocols to deliver expert psychological services to partner schools, including counseling, workshops, assessments, and stakeholder engagement.
- Design, implement, and manage interventions for parents, teachers, and students to enhance psychological well-being and performance across school communities.
- Lead program creation, execution, and evaluation to ensure alignment with best practices and organizational objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of services, supporting assessments and ensuring high standards.
- Mentor and supervise junior psychologists, interns, and coordinators to foster growth and enhance service delivery.
- Conduct and oversee psychological assessments, provide feedback, and ensure ethical standards are met.
- Organize professional development sessions and create resources such as workshops, presentations, and toolkits tailored to stakeholder needs.
- Contribute to research projects, publications, and innovative ideas to enhance MyPeegu’s influence and digital presence.

- Supervises: Junior Psychologists, Interns, and Coordinators
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of psychology and child development, with the ability to translate concepts into impactful interventions.
- Research expertise with experience in data analysis and methodology.
- Proven leadership and team supervision skills to ensure consistent service quality.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and design tools like Canva for presentations and reports.
- Effective crisis management and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
