Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned and highly skilled Salesforce CPQ Specialist to lead the end-to-end configuration, optimization, and support of our Salesforce CPQ platform. This full-time remote role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem, including hands-on CPQ implementation and support. You will play a critical role in streamlining our quote-to-cash processes and enabling a seamless sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions, including product catalogs, pricing strategies, and quote templates.
- Develop and manage pricing rules, discount schedules, approval workflows, and product bundles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Sales, Product, Finance, and Engineering—to gather requirements and implement CPQ enhancements.
- Drive process improvements and automation across the quote-to-cash lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Salesforce CPQ and integrated systems.
- Document configurations, create training materials, and support end-user adoption.
- Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance with business standards.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce CPQ best practices and new features.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with Salesforce CRM, with at least 2–3 years dedicated to Salesforce CPQ.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ configuration: product rules, pricing methods, quote templates, and approvals.
- Strong grasp of Salesforce platform fundamentals (objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, profiles, etc.).
- Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with external systems such as ERP or billing platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification or Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Experience with Agile methodologies or Scrum project delivery.
- Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Web Components is a plus.
- Background in revenue operations, sales enablement, or enterprise SaaS sales cycles.
- Experience with tools such as DocuSign, Conga, Zuora, or other quote-to-cash platforms

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
