Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development, administration, and architecture.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Flow.
- Experience with Salesforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, ETL tools).
- Proficiency in data modeling, security architecture, and performance optimization.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD for Salesforce.
Preferred:
- Salesforce Architect Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect).
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Field Service, or Einstein AI.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP integrations with Salesforce.
- Experience leading Salesforce migrations, digital transformation, or enterprise-level projects.
