We Are Looking For
We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Sales Trainee who is eager to build a career in sales. This role is ideal for someone based in Pune with good communication skills, a strong local network, and the passion to learn how to sell digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn about our digital marketing services and understand client needs.
- Assist the sales team in lead generation, client research, and pipeline building.
- Make introductory calls and follow-ups to schedule meetings.
- Support senior sales executives during client presentations and negotiations.
- Maintain proper records of leads, calls, and client interactions.
- Work towards achieving training-phase targets with guidance from mentors.
Requirements:
- Fresher / Graduate looking to build a career in sales.
- Must be based in Pune with a good local contact base.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Energetic, confident, and persuasive personality.
- Passion for sales, willingness to learn, and dedication to results.
