Job Summary:
We are hiring a Sales Support Executive to assist our sales team with technical product demonstrations, customer support, and clinical interactions. This is a field-based role, ideal for someone who is confident, well-spoken, and passionate about working in the medical devices sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Demonstration & Technical Support
- Conduct in-hospital product demos to doctors, nurses, and clinical staff.
- Provide training and technical assistance on product usage and safety.
- Resolve product-related queries promptly and professionally.
2. Sales Support
- Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing field-level assistance.
- Follow up with existing clients for satisfaction, usage, and feedback.
- Build relationships with clinical stakeholders and decision-makers.
3. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily visit logs, client feedback reports, and demo records.
- Share market insights, competitor activity, and customer needs with the sales and product teams.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales support, product demo, or technical roles (Medical/Healthcare preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bangalore and nearby areas
- Two-wheeler with valid license (mandatory)
- Basic proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi
