About the Role:As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:Identify and target new sales opportunities through research and networking.Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and clients.Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential customers.Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure long-term satisfaction.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and sales growth.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:Proven track record in sales, preferably in Real Estate.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
