Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with customers, presenting products or services, and closing sales. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective customers via calls, emails, chats, or in person (depending on channel).
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Demonstrate and promote products to increase sales and conversions.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular contact with clients to build long-term relationships.
- Close sales and process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer data using CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, support) to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in sales, retail, telesales, or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and present technical products (especially for electronics).
- Goal-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Basic computer skills; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
