We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management, lead generation, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of outside sales experience, business development skills, and a passion for technology sales. You will work closely with both new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their business operations.
Duties
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and increase market share.
- Engage in outside sales activities, including cold calling and direct sales efforts to generate new leads.
- Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
- Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track customer interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales data.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to our offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable agreements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside/outside sales roles with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with territory management practices and techniques for effective account management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and customer needs.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-focused approach to selling.
- Experience in technical sales or technology-related products is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in using CRM software for managing client relationships and tracking sales activities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
