We are seeking a dynamic and personable individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as a Sales Executive and Client Relations Associate in our Showroom within the furniture industry. The ideal candidate will excel in building relationships with interior designers, architects, and clients while showcasing our diverse range of products. This role requires a quick understanding of our products, effective cold-calling techniques, and the ability to provide tailored suggestions to clients based on their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Conversion and Relationship Building: Engage with potential clients, including interior designers and architects, through various channels such as cold calling, email correspondence, and showroom visits. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products, including materials, design features, and customization options. Utilize this knowledge to effectively communicate product benefits and make suitable recommendations to clients.
- Customer Consultation: Assist showroom customers in understanding their requirements and preferences. Provide personalized product suggestions and design solutions to meet their needs and enhance their experience.
- Client Presentations: Conduct presentations to interior designers, architects, and corporate clients to introduce new products, showcase design trends, and highlight the benefits of partnering with us. Deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
- Office Visits: Proactively visit the offices of interior designers, architects, and corporate clients to maintain relationships, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for collaboration. Act as a brand ambassador and foster a positive image of our store within the industry.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients, including interior designers, architects, and retail customers.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp technical details about our products and interior design concepts.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or client relations, preferably within the modular furniture or interior design industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, presentations, and showroom visits as required.
