About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Representative who will be responsible for driving leads and sales through online marketplaces and direct outreach. This role involves managing ads on OLX and Facebook Marketplace, handling customer inquiries via calls, and maintaining accurate data records.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize product listings and ads on OLX and Facebook Marketplace.
- Respond promptly to online inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Conduct telecalling to engage with potential customers, explain product offerings, and close deals.
- Maintain and update sales leads, customer information, and transaction details through data entry in company systems.
- Track ad performance and share feedback to improve lead generation.
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, telecalling, or lead generation (preferred in e-commerce / consumer electronics).
- Familiarity with OLX, Facebook Marketplace, or other online classified platforms.
- Good communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills (Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to handle customer queries effectively.
