We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team, focused on acquiring and managing business from hotels, hospitals, and other institutional clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting purchase managers, generating orders, building strong relationships, and expanding our brand’s presence in the hospitality and healthcare sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach hotels, hospitals, and healthcare institutions to generate sales leads and secure orders.
- Regularly meet purchase managers, procurement heads, and decision-makers to understand their needs and present appropriate product solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key accounts.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations, negotiate pricing, and close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, customer service, finance) to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to build professional connections.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (2–5 years) in B2B sales, preferably in the hotel, hospital, or institutional supply sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
